I will quickly and competently fix any mistakes we make relating to #1 (without additional cost to you)

I will not be "a yes woman" to my clients, I will help them understand the obstacles & challenges of all projects... if that's ok with you.

I temper my straight-forward attitude with a fun-filled, casual communication sometimes (To help with #5)
I will not hug clients....in public, or not (sometimes)
